FAQ
You can open a ticket in 3 different ways: via phone, via email, via contact form.
Whichever mode you choose, remember that in order to properly open the ticket you will have to provide some basic data:
- the serial number of the machine for which you need assistance;
- your first and last name;
- a telephone number where you can be contacted;
- a brief description of the problem you are experiencing.
Once you confirm the ticket opening you will be called back by the first available technician.

Send your request detailing your needs and you will be contacted directly by our team.
